I was really intrigued by the build up to Cole/KOR and it STILL practically sent me to sleep.
That said, thought Takeover overall was really, really good. Night 1 definitely better for me - the WALTER/Ciampa match was close to match of the year so far for me, Io vs Raquel was superb, and I loved the three-way tag. (MSK are quickly becoming a favorite act for me.) I remember seeing Pete Dunne live regularly in a fed in Shrewsbury, England I used to watch a decade or so ago and it's incredible to see how far he's come.
Night 2 didn't have anything anywhere near that good, and Shotzi's plancha where they both missed the catch scared the hell out of me, but everything except the final match was pretty fun. I've caught up with NXT recently - watching from January onwards in the space of a few weeks - and it's generally holding my attention and providing enjoyable wrestling and promos, in contrast with whenever I've tried Raw or Smackdown. Not as big a fan as I am of AEW, but definitely something I'm looking forward to watching in real time now.

That shotzi plancha was crazy. I don't like to criticize wrestlers for misses and botches because I don't fucking wrestle, but come on.... You know Shotzi's track record. There are two of you. Thank god she knew what she was doing and tucked and rolled.

Yeah... I'm genuinely a buzz about last night honestly and I did not expect that. Banks v Belair is a legit MOTY contender and Bad Bunny went out and did a fucking Ricky Morton impression. Those last two matches were an excellent 1-2 punch to close the show.

Sasha-Bianca was awesome, possibly the best Mania ME ever. Omos rules. Drew-Lashley was solid but had an incredibly stupid finish. Cesaro did the UFO which was cool. Bad Bunny looked great.
That is all.

my view could be inflated cause after a long day at work, anything could've boosted me but I did think that the main event was the best mania match since Brock/Roman WM31 despite the questionable finish. I thought Roman once again put in an A1 performance

Yeah, both nights produced great main events. I am really not sure which one I liked more, probably Bianca/Sasha based just on the finish. Edge v Bryan v Roman could have used just a hair less Uso interference, but the bones of it were probably better.
