Compared to the the 1968 match, Andre's body shape has changed dramatically as he now pretty much looks the same as he did the rest of his career. Still, the athleticism is still there. This is in line with the Buyten just looking out this world for the athleticism and agility he displays on the map. Whereas that was more of a sprint, this is more of a slower paced long heavyweight title match.

one of my favourite andre bouts and an underrated gem. really dig how this is similar to two of the other best matches of andre ie the kobayashi and buyten match this is a mix of that. really a slow paced heavyweight epic with great transtions out of this world athelism from andre and good execution also this feels alot realistic to me like the uwf super tiger stuff in a way.
