High effort tag from these guys. Really good action throughout with everyone giving it their all and showing impressive athleticism.

A technical 2 out of 3 falls masterpiece, it's the first Roy St Clair match I ever watched, I've seen his brother Tony many times before because of his legendary status among WoS enthusiast. The pace of this match is astounding, how they can move so fast and still make their offense look strong. Amazing match overall, not at the level of Inoki vs Jack Brisco but good enough to be considered among the best of 1971.
The match contains a lot of pretty tense nearfalls which is rare in 70's english wrestling, they thought that a pinfall attempt was like any other hold. I think Bert Royal's performance really elevates this match to MOTY candidate, he brings something completely different to the table because of his French Catch background. If I had to describe this match in one word it would be unique, there's no other match like this.
I would recommend this match to someone who wants to start watching World of Sport and has already seen French Catch, it feels like one of those French tags like that famous 1956 bout Eddy Wiecz & Eddy Koparanian vs Andre Bollet & Georges Gueret.
If you ask me, it's the second best tag match of the entire decade just behind Abby and The Sheik vs The Funks in 1978, if for some reason you haven't seen it yet, just check it out, I'm sure it won't disappoint you, it might even surpise you as much as it surprised me.
Just an epic match overall, one of those gems that might slip through the radar, I encourage everyone in this forum to watch it, this match will be a part of my list without a shadow of a doubt. WoS never die.

Great long tag with all the fun mat work you'd expect. Not the sort of thing I'm crazy about but you can see the appeal for sure.
