I recently rewatched the Shield/Wyatts match and still Hot the whole 5* on it, so... yeah, I'm still thinking Erick Rowan is the right answer.
If I considered the Savage/Warrior match a top 100 contender (thankfuly I don't), obviously Warrior would've been the one. But it's gotta be Rowan.
Oh, I also have the Shield vs Ryback/Hell No TLC match pretty high so I guess Kane is un the conversation as well.

There's a few on my list actually...
Umanosuke Ueda - He's in the '86 NJPW elimination tag, which is a top 5 match for me. He's only in the match for literal seconds, but I hear he has a rep of being a poor worker. I haven't seen him in anything else so I can't comment on his skills.
D'von Dudley - He's was never offensively bad, but he was always there and it's clear Bubba was the more talented one of the team. He's in the first two TLC matches that are surefire picks for my list.
Erik Rowan - Yeah, I have that Shield/Wyatt match on my list too.

People really think Erik Rowan is a worse wrestler then Seth Rollins? He is a perfectly competent big guy who hits hard and takes good bumps. Those Shield vs. Wyatt family matches were amazing, but Rowan isn't the weird outlier in that match, I mean have you been watching Bray Wyatt for the last decade?

I think Rowan is a very good powerhouse when he's tag team wrestling (and besides facing Shield/Usos/New Day he doesn't have that many good tag matches though), but mediocre at best at singles. Both Wyatt and Rollins look more consistent and with higher peaks to me, honestly, and ther're not amazing workers either.

The point about Wyatt is good. I have wanted him to be good for a really long time because I do think he is creative, cuts a good promo, and has charisma. But the only legit good singles matches I can think of off the top of my head are with Bryan. Ironically enough, I think Wyatt is always doomed to failure in the WWE structure, but it is that structure that gave those multi-mans a chance to be special. That said, Wyatt may just not be that good between the ropes.

Wyatt's matches with Roman and his Ambulance match with Ambrose were pretty great, and his LMS match with Cena was a very enjoyable clusterfuck. I can't think of a single good Rowan singles.

Yeah. The Bryan matches are obviously his best singles stuff, because he's working with the GOAT, but the Cena (specially the LMS) and Ambrose (specially the June 2014 SD match and their Survivor Series match) sagas are at least very fun (probably with Reigns too but I can't recall). Also, I enjoyed every single one of his Fiend matches (yes, even the Rollins HIAC). Damn remember the Miz title defense, when he was Firefly Funhouse Wyatt? That match isn't exactly great but it's a very strong proof about how character work can literally carry a whole match, because the guy is amazing at protraying his character in his matches without being overdramatic or some Omegaesque shit like that. I can't see Erick Rowan doing another thing well besides being a good anchor to Harper/Bray/Bryan.

I think we are actually on the same page, but perhaps my last statement was a bit much. There are a lots of ways to be "good between the ropes" without putting on what falls under "great matches". I think all the stuff tetsujin and kas mentioned are another part of why I want him to be good, why I want him to round everything out. I just more often than not find myself disappointing. Its as much my fault for having high expectations. Wyatt can have fun matches and he can do interesting things.... but.... I find myself let down with most of his matches, especially when put in the context of how many high profile positions/angles he has been in.
I'd still say he is better than Rowan on the whole. I do think Rowan is pretty serviceable and has never been used fairly well.
None of it really matters to me because I don't have either on my list.
