Hulk Hogan & Dennis Rodman vs Lex Luger & The Giant (WCW Bash at the Beach 7/13/97) Seriously, some of these late 90s WCW PPV main events have been shockingly enjoyable and none more so than this. This really goes to show how much you can achieve with basic psychology and charismatic performers. The crowd is out of their minds when Rodman does anything and he is a ton of fun. Just a blast.

This was a ton of fun! I'd put this in the great category. This shows as long as a match has good build, great crowd heat and workers who can work off the crowd, you don't need a bunch of high spots to put on a fantastic performance. I love the selling Luger and Giant have for Rodman. Going into it, I thought they would be OTT about it but while they bump big for him, it doesn't feel overly contrived where it's insulting. I'd take a match like this over any Logan "Scammer" Paul match.

2nd ( or 3rd)
I love the way Hogan moved around the ring as Hollywood. Not just his stooging and posturing, just the way his body moves is so different to anything he previously had.
Working a crowd like this is an art. I don’t know if it can be done nowadays I only know that it’s not. I really want to vote for this. I adore it.
