What are the best interviews, promos, angles, and just generally non-wrestling segments?

I feel like Lawler-Funk empty arena is disqualified just because so many of us consider that as an actual match, so my favorites not including that:
Terry Funk's "Meanest man in professional wrestling" promo Daniel Bryan beating up Triple H on the go-home Raw before Mania 30 Diesel seeing a wax replica of himself in a casket before Mania 12 Brock Lesnar-Undertaker brawl after Battleground 2015 The Yes! Movement occupies Raw William Regal's "Vile and venom" promo Anything with the Broken Hardy Universe in Impact (although some of those are matches) Big Boss Man stealing the Big Show's father's casket (and hitting on his mother at the burial!) Mankind snapping on JR during their interview and putting him in the Mandible Claw Every Monty Brown promo ever

Dusty's "Hard Times" interview is like the Michael Jordan of promo's. Dusty and Vince from All Star. Mad Dog's "Pine Box" Lawler & Kaufman on Letterman "I wanna talk to Tom." And of course Hogan & Andre on Piper's pit.

Oh shit. I forgot one.
The Horsemen follow Dusty in a car and mug him in a parking lot.

I think so. Its been forever since I watched that era of Crockett. But I've been dipping my toes in recently and will probably dive in sooner rather than later.
Speaking of, I watched Night of the Skywalkers today, and the prematch video of the Road Warriors throwing pumpkins with "Dennis" and "Bobby" written on them from a scaffold to "show what we're gonna do to the Midnight Express" belongs in this conversation for sheer comedy.

You see, they say all promos are created equal. But you look at me and then you look at [insert your favourite promo], and you can see that statement is not true. See, normally, if you go one on one with another promo, you have a 50-50 chance of winning. But I'm the Scott Steiner maths promo, and I'm not normal. So you have a 25% AT BEST at beat me. And then you add "hard times" to the mix? Your chances of winning DRASTY go down! See in this three way, at GWEProject, you have a 33 and 1/3 chance of winning, BUT I, I have a 66 and 2/3 chances of winning, 'cause "hard times" KNOOOOWS he can't beat me, and he's not even gonna try. So [insert your favourite promo], you take your 33 and 1/3 chance... Minus MY 75% chance... And you have an 8 and 1/3 chance of winning! At GWEProject! But then you take my 75% chance of winning, if we would go one on one, and then add 66 and 2/3... %... I have a 141 and 2/3 chance of winning, at GWEProject! SINIOR [your favourite promo], the numbers don't lie, and they spell DISASTER for you, at GWEProject!!

It truly is something that Scott stumbled over his words and screwed up so often and yet was so charismatic and entertaining it didn't even matter.

For whatever reason this is one of the most memorable promos from my childhood. I remember it really vividly and told my friends at school about it. It was the coolest thing my child brain had ever seen.

I would amend my "Lawler & Kaufman on Letterman" to include every promo, interview, phone call, highlight reel whatever that Andy did in Memphis. I've been watched all the Andy in Memphis stuff the past couple of days and it is so great. The individual moments and the long term continuity on display are outstanding.
Also, no love for Jake Roberts or Randy Savage either together or separately in this thread is surprising.

Just about everything Savage did in Memphis, but my favourite is probably the "CONFETTI!!!" one. Lawler/Kaufman on Letterman might be the best ever. Michaels launching Jannetty through a window will never not be special to me since it's maybe my very first vivid memory of my life. Dusty's hard times for sure. Mark Henry's crocodile tears before crushing Cena. Curt Hennig grabbing Lance Russell by the throat and threatening to assault him if Lawler doesn't come out ("C'mon Curt, you're actin' like a HOODLUM") Dusty's "the view never changes, babeh. The view never changes" promo with Dustin. The DiBiase/Duggan tuxedo contest.

Speaking of Mark Henry, his post-match promo after beating Orton for the WHC is tremendous. Basically told off the fans for cheering him because they never believed in him his entire career.
