Honestly pretty accurate. There are some things i'd change here and there, but those are pretty much the people that have been in my top 50 every time I've made a list over the last few years. (Excluding Austin Idol, he's a new addition & he rules. Everyone needs to watch AUstin Idol). re: Heenan over Bock, I recently watched alllllll of the Heenan matches that I could find. Since Heenan was often teaming with Bock I've watched quite a few Bock matches recently as well. Bock is awesome obviously. If someone wants to call him the GOAT, I'm not going to argue it. But in every single Heenan match I watched, Heenan was the absolute star and centerpiece of the match every time. Obviously Bock is awesome and was great in those matches too...but Heenan is irreplaceable. Heenan is always the story & the reason the matches he's in are memorable and entertaining & special. That's why he ranks higher for me. Strength of opponent comes into play here too. BOckwinkel was working with Jerry Lawler or Rick Martel or Curt Hennig, meanwhile Heenan's always in there with super limited or quirky or downright shit opponents. Its one thing to have a great match with Rick Martel or Jerry Lawler. Its another thing entirely to work programs with Buck Zumhofe & Ultimate Warrior That's an interesting perspective with Heenan. Had never really considered him a worker but blow me down, he had a lot of matches. That tag against the Hogan and Andre was super fun. Will investigate. I hadn't considered quality of opponent when putting a list together, it's an interesting one though. Who had the best matches with the most limited workers? Heenan? Volk Han?

No Flair in the top 50 is an inspired choice.

Its how the preference revealer ended up. I didn't make any changes. He landed at 97. 90-100 is pretty funny how it turned out: 90. Mick Foley 91. Masa Fuchi 92. Daniel Bryan 93. Dynamite Kansai 94. Dick Togo 95. Akira Taue 96. Kenta Kobashi 97. Ric Flair 98. Sabu 99. Yukari Ohmori 100. Great Sasuke

Flair is definitely low for me. I have several of his matches up high but Flair is all peak for me.

He's the star of every match he's in. What Heenan matches would you suggest? I’m hungry.

This is a wonderful resource. I can’t wait to dive In. I had the awa tag w/ Hogan & Andre on a hogan in awa tape as a kid. I am hoping to populate my top 100 with multiple Heenan matches next time around.

Some of my favourite posts on message boards the last couple months are from elliot just going off the deep end and watching basically every match available from a specific wrestler and writing about the whole bastard lot of it. Heenan was amazing and someone I could do with watching more of (there are like 15 matches at least from that list I'd never even heard about that sound awesome) so this is a great resource.
