Bloodborne is my favourite by far. Spectacular at everything. Right now I'm finishing Hollow Knight, and I'm loving it.
Other videogames I really enjoy are DB FighterZ, Horizon Zero Dawn, Zelda Minish Cap, Star Wars Battlefront II (the one for PS2, when I was a kid), Shadow of the Colossus, Splinter Cell Conviction, Outlast, Layers of Fear, Hellblade... Videogames are like my favourite art expression besides wrestling.
Speak of the devil, when I was a kid I was really into WWE games, but right now I don't see any of them as fun. Legends of WrestleMania was cool because I learned about classic WWE but the QTE mechanics were kinda awkward in a wrestling game.

Currently playing Luigi's Mansion 3, almost finished. Still waiting for Breath of the Wild 2.
My all time favorites:
Zelda Ocarina of Time Zelda Breath of the Wild Donkey Kong Country Donkey Kong Country 2 Resident Evil 4 GTA San Andreas GTA Vice City Prince of Persia Sands of Time Zelda A Link to the Past Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, & Gold Super Smash Bros. Mario Kart 64 Super Mario All-Stars Castlevania Symphony of the Night Castlevania Aria of Sorrow
Favorite wrestling games are Smackdown Shut Your Mouth and WWE '13. Never had any of the 64 games besides Nitro (which sucked), but loved playing Revenge and World Tour at friends' or cousins' houses.

I've reallly gotten back into games as an adult during the pandemic. I've played some of the more story driven games like What Happened to Edith Finch (loved it so much) and Firewatch and really enjoyed the hell out of them. I got the combo of Inside/Limbo and Inside blew my fucking mind. Limbo I wish was like 15% easier hahaha. I have the first Ori (Blind Forest) on deck and I'm really excited for it.
I have been daydreaming about Twisted Metal 2 for like a year and may end up getting a playstation at some point....but I'm afraid if I get a playstation I'm gonna go even deeper into gaming and theoretically outside will be safe again one day hahahah!

I was once a serious enough Street Fighter player that I attended Evo on several occasions. I never got anywhere, but my time in the fighting game community ended up having a significant impact on my wrestling fandom. Like a lot of players, I started out looking down on tactics that I considered cheap or dishonorable. But I eventually came around to idea that you simply have to what it takes to win. The best explication of that philosophy is in this book by David Sirlin, which I encourage everyone to read. www.sirlin.net/ptwAs a result, I've developed a strong distaste for matches that strike me as too cooperative or exhibition-y. I want to see competitors pursuing the optimal winning strategy and not adhering to some unwritten code of honor. Other than that, I was really into Mega Man games for most of my life. But about a decade ago, while playing Mega Man X, I realized that I had lost the ability to dash jump while charging my X-Buster. I thus decided that my fine motor skills had deteriorated to the point where I was no longer capable of playing platformers seriously.

I still have my nintendo 64 and regularly play Mario Kart 64 to this day. Boss, as a Zelda fan, where do you stand on Majora's Mask? I'm not sure I would have it as a top 5 Zelda game, but I've always liked it a lot. Obviously it's on the short side but I like how that's offset by a larger abundance of sidequests than in Ocarina of Time. I like the transformation mask mechanic and how they're used for combat/puzzle solving. The three-day cycle is probably the most controversial aspect but I think it works really well. The fact that everything moves in real-time is really cool. I also kinda dig the overall darker tone. My only main criticism would be the main dungeons. Woodfall is decent, Stone Tower is good, but Snowfall and Great Bay suck.

I still have my nintendo 64 and regularly play Mario Kart 64 to this day. Boss, as a Zelda fan, where do you stand on Majora's Mask? It's funny RE: Mario Kart 64 and Smash Bros. As good as the sequels are with all the new features and characters, they've never been able to recapture the magic of the originals. They're still the better games.
