Sgt. Slaughter vs. Iron Sheik (WWF - 5/21/1984)

This is a legendary feud and this match is incredible. We have everything you want from Sarge here: big bumps, all-time great selling, and a comeback that gets you fired up. Sheik is detestable throughout, spitting, unloading with illegal tactics, busting Sarge open and shadow boxing when he is laid out outside. He is a heat-seeking machine here! When Sarge gets back on top you want him to destroy the Sheik, and the ending sets up the legendary bootcamp match. This match may be easy to overlook because the bootcamp match casts such a large shadow, but kind of like the Hokuro/Kandori December match this can stand on its own.
