Roman Reigns vs Daniel Bryan vs Edge, WWE Chp WWE, 4/11/2021

Love or hate the E, it was apropos that the first weekend of shows in front of a proper live audience happened to be WrestleMania.
I watched this show at home on the first weekend after my second vaccine, and as 41 year old/34 year wrestling fan, it aligned as the perfect "We're almost back to a world we're more accustomed to" moment for me.
This match was the main event of the whole weekend, and the production of it began with one of my favorite, most goosebump inducing ones I've ever personally ever seen.
The beauty of Edge main eventing the show 10 years to the event of his final appearance before being forced into retirement, coupled with Daniel Bryan, for the second time, finding his way into a WM main event for no reason other than, I'd argue, the demands of a fanbase.
Edge's entrance is epic. Roman comes out, finally feeling like the epic-star heir to Cena's/Rock's/Austin's/Hogan's throne.
Then, the match. Tons of action, tons of twists, turns, & tide shifts, and then, then the "OOOOOOOH WOW!" ending where Roman legitimately smashes them, stacks them, and pins them both, just as he had prophisized in his go-home promo (perfectly placed into the pre-match video package).
We've all got different reasons for loving the things we love. For me, the total package of sizzle & steak places this firmly into my favorite WrestleMania main events ever.
