wanted: a subreddit creating for me

I don't mean to sound like a beggar, but if anyone here has been a member of Reddit for a long time, and has the 'Karma' to open their own subreddit, I would give you 15 bucks to create a subreddit (I know what it will be called and what the '/r/' permalink will be) and make it so I am the subreddit owner.  I can't create my own because Reddit is stupid and they make it difficult or new users to create subreddits, and my anxiety problemsare making it difficultfor me to earn Karma.
It's ok if no-one can help  me.
