Please use this thread for all questions/concerns about the 2023 project. While I am not heading up the project this year, I want to note a few things that I feel confident about. Those who are running it may correct me/edit this if need be. Please take a second to look over this as it will help you prepare your list and help mods in the calculation/rollout.
1. A link will be provided for you to submit your list in advance of the deadline (June 30th - time tbd).
2. Please submit your list by the deadline. Late submissions are not accepted.
3. Please make your list in advance and use the format for listing a match used in the index unless otherwise instructed. This will save you a lot of time once the ballots are open.
4. Please double check that all your matches are nominated. If you have a match that has met the criteria, but is still in the nomination process section that is ok.
5. Double check that you have not listed any matches twice (this is more common than you think).
6. Make sure the list you submit is your final list. Admins will be very selective in accepting any changes after the fact.
7. PLEASE.... Once instructions are provided read them carefully before submitting.
Once those who are heading up the project this year have the ballot ready they will open it and provide instructions. Everyone should have ample time to submit their list, especially if they have it prepared in advance. Until then, again, use this thread to ask any questions about the process.
