The HBK/Razor of my generation!
This has excellent, and I mean EXCELLENT, use of the ladders. It continous to grow and grow, each spot built up perfectly, each time feeling more extreme and impactful. They crafted one of the better structured gimmick matches ever in WWE history, it might be Jeff's masterpiece (at least as a singles guy) and also an evidence of Punk's underrated versatility. The spots are also very creative and original, and it definitely still feels that way when you watch it in 2023, it ages really well, because they don't take fucking forever to set up the spots, and also because they're actually focusing on beating the opponent first instead of wasting time in pointless tries to get to the top of the ladder sooner than they should.
I take this over stuff like Elite vs Death Triangle every single day of the week. This has the feel of progression, coherent selling, attention to detail and creative spots, all perfectly balanced.

This era is such a dead spot for me. I’ve actually never seen this. I’ll throw it on my watchlist.

I loved this feud at the time but I don't think I've seen this match since the time. Will add to the rewatch queue.
From memory the LLT cage match which came after was great too.

Jeff Hardy is probably the best Ladder Match wrestler in WWE history and this is up there with the very best he's had

I wasn't a fan of this one. I thought Jeff's performance in the first half was really strange. He looked awful.
