Horst Hoffman vs Dory Funk Jr (AJPW - 12/15/1975)

Not entirely sure how I want to rate this match but I enjoyed it quite a bit. Hoffman and Funk have a nice little 10-minute+ match that really leans on the importance of certain holds and how it is a struggle to get out of them. Dory gets Hoffman in a cravat in the early part of the match, which frustrates Hoffman as he tries to get out of it. Hoffman gets some momentum when he does, but Dory always seems to have a trick up his sleeve. There are some lulls, but it's not too bad. The final 2-3 minutes see the action pick up again as the two try to outsmart each other with Dory getting a nice reverse pinfall at the end.
