Feels like we should have more lucha trios nominated with it being the flagship match of lucha for the past 30 years or so. Here’s a match that got MOTY level praise at the time and is much better than the Casas/Rush hair match it built too. Lots of violent exchanges beteeen Casas and Rush. Feels more like a Japanese match for the stiffness and how it doesn’t really follow the CMLL formula.

Second.
This is still pretty close to my MOTD and it's by far my favourite trios of the '10s. Pretty much a prison riot with Casas and Rush taking centre stage. Some of the interactions in this were FUTEN level, like Casas jumping on Rush's head while he lays slumped in the corner and Rush stomping him half to death. Rush as this uncontrollable maniac was amazing as he was routinely hauling off and headbutting everybody, including his own partners. Probably the best Shocker had looked in about eleven years and of course Rush picked him up and dumped him on a pensioner's lap front row. This is a lock for my list.

Not sure it's "better" than Rush/Casas but it's still a MotYDC for me.
