A place to make recommendations that might not fall under greatest match ever. What are you watching.... what should others be watching?

I wanted to give a shoutout to Fidel Sierra's Portland work as the Assassin. He's someone I want to check out more of. He's someone no one talks about & didn't get many opportunities. But the Assassin run is awesome and he's a big part of the amazing Buddy Rose & Friends vs Rip Oliver & Friends feud that has multiple all time great matches.
I feel like im going to watch a bunch of Takako Inoue in the upcoming days. She's stood out as better than I remembered in the few matches she's popped up in during my recent joshi watching

Bouncing back-and-forth between Bull and Fujinami dives. The two '92 Bull-Aja title matches probably wouldn't make my ballot, but both excellent matches nonetheless. It's interesting to see Aja stymied by another force of nature.
Finally watched the '84 gauntlet. The Fujinami and Fujiwara bouts were my favorites.

And going back to Bull, the '92 cage match with Hokuto is a terrific sprint.

I did a few months ago. Great pre-Dangerous Queen performance by Hokuto.

Go Shiozaki Vs Kazuyuki Fujita from NOAHs anniversary show is, for better or worse, one of the most unique matches I've ever seen

My buddy told me about the Go v Kazuyuki match. I have it on my list to watch for today.
For what its worth, am dedicating myself to drinking and watching a ton of random wrestling starting this afternoon for what I am calling #makeshiftmaniaweek I'm going to be drunk tweeting about what I watch and using that hashtag if you wanna see what I am watching (or how drunk I get). I'll obviously talk about anything really good here as well.

Seems like if Goldberg was a better wrestler but still someone you want to keep in sprints.

That's a good description of what I think of with Fujita actually.
I remember loving the 6/6/01 match with Nagata when I saw it on like 6/16/01. vs Don Frye 8/2/97 is awesome.
I feel like there's a good match with Scott Norton or maybe another one with Don Frye in the 2000s that's awesome?

No spoilers... ok.... The Go/Fujita is fun. It is simultaniously the best and maybe worst of what wrestling can be when it exists during a pandemic. If I'm thinking about it on the whole I am glad it exists, and I don't really want to see it again. in all, highly recommended and I think its quite good.
I watched some bangers just now. Violence is Forever vs They Might Be Giants from SUP Graps last summer was - as my buddy put it - an all timer in terms of over-delivering. Fantastic violence and malice and urgency. Gary Jay vs BSTRD Cassidy from Bizarro Lucha is another one I'd recommend, especially if you like people just hitting each other hard and if you like young dudes going out and trying to make a name for themselves. I have only seen BSTRD Cassidy once and he is probably my favorite wrestler ever.

Yeah, Fujita-Go was definitely something. More good than bad but I agree with Cap that I never want to see the whole thing again, ha. I even did a whole thread on Twitter.
Speaking of good Fujita matches, along with the aforementioned Tanahashi match he has bangers with Kawada and Nakanishi.
