1) Can I contribute to the next top 100 is I only have a top 10 (not 100)?
2) I recently realised that KENTA and Hayabusa are/were really top tier wrestlers.

No you need to submit a Top 100. The main fun of the project is watching matches to build your top 100 list, it would defeat the main purpose if people only submitted top 10s

Lol, I’m not a bot. 1) Sheamus vs Bryan vs CM Punk vs Rob Van Dam vs Orton vs Christian - ladder match - WWE Money in the Bank 2013 2) Misawa vs Kawada AJPW 3 June 1994 3) The Gladiator (Mike Awesome) vs Masato Tanaka FMW 2/18/97 4) Darby Allin Vs Jeff Hardy - Owen Hart Tournament - AEW Dynamite 5) Naito vs Ibushi - NJPW Dominion 2019 6) Bret Hart vs Owen Hart - Wrestlemania 10 7) Mike Awesome vs Masato Tanaka - ECW Heatwave 1998 8) Sabu vs 2 Cold Scorpio - ECW Cyberslam 1996 9) Bret Hart vs Owen Hart - WWF Summerslam 1994 10) Hardy Boyz vs Dudley Boyz vs Edge & Christian - Wrestlemania 2000

I apologize. Your posting was inconsistent w/ the rest of the board and there was a lot of red flags. It’s honestly been very hard to tell. Sorry if offended. This post is consistent with everything else you’ve stated. I just wanted to make sure. So, yes. A list of 100 is what everyone needs to put forth. It’s daunting. I sat out my first year because I couldn’t confidently provide a strong list. You can search which matches have been nominated and go through on there and if there’s any matches you’d like to vote for that aren’t on there. Go to the Nomination Process section so that they’re able to be voted on. I know the Owen/Bret matches and 6/3/94 are but I can’t confidently say the rest are.

There was a lot of posting in a more aggressive tone than has been commonplace here. Additionally there was a wide range of topics and long posts but the discussions didn’t have a lot of follow up.
I’m not trying to gatekeep. I just saw some red flags.

1) Can I contribute to the next top 100 is I only have a top 10 (not 100)? 2) I recently realised that KENTA and Hayabusa are/were really top tier wrestlers. You've still got a few months to watch some KENTA & Hayabusa & get some matches on your list! I would recommend making a top 100 even if you're not confident about it when you finish. It's just a snapshot and it'll be fun to refer back to as time goes on and you can see the matches that really hold up for you over time & how your tastes change & develop as you watch more stuff. In the end, this project is just an excuse to talk about great wrestling

Exactly. I made a top 100 in 2020 and didn’t feel confident so I never submitted because I was new. In 2021 I submitted one and it’s entirely different than the one I have right now.
The whole purpose of the project is to discuss wrestling that we think is great. So make the best list you can and then the fun part is discussing and responding to the overall results and folks individual ballots.

Naito Vs Ibushi making your top 10 is fucking awesome, and I think more people would recognise it as an all-timer if it weren't for that insane neck bump

Which one of them? Seriously though, those two went a bit too far. Their G1 27 and 28 matches were their peak, but later on New Japan kept putting them together, and finally their WK main event was very dull. Such wasted potential for their saga.

Yeah, I would reiterate that you need a top 100 and the idea that it does not need to be perfect. Everyone's list is a constant work in progress. As folks have said, it is about talking about good wrestling. I would also - and this not to discourage you - say that the list should be a good faith attempt to put together a list. I don't think you would do this, but I wouldn't want folks make a slapdash list if they don't really have something that resembles their top 100 for that moment. Again, this forum was started on the principle that folks should feel comfortable embracing their own tastes and submitting their list without fear of ridicule, we just hope for good faith, honest lists. Finally, make sure you nominate anything that hasn't been nominated before the deadline. We usually set up a nomination deadline a little before the ballot deadline. Whoever winds up taking lead this year will outline that. Even if they don't get moved out of the nomination process section, as long as they are direct nominated or nominated with a second and third ( See Rules) they can be voted on.
