I agree in terms of scope. I usually think "curtain-to-curtain" or in this case from "camera on-to-camera off". Even still, I just never enjoyed it quite as much as most people. It will - I hope - get a rewatch before I submit, but I have watched it a couple times assuming it would eventually become one of my favorite things because it is something that really should be up my ally.

Bret Hart vs. Steve Austin (WrestleMainia 13)
I feel like that this it is a very good match, but not a great one. It may be I might not into the Steve Austin Attitude Era style. It has does has a great finish (Especially the visual at the end) and is really important match in wrestling history.

I saw this topic a long time and it kinda caused a crisis in me. I was like I don't know I kinda like everything. I was like am I not discerning enough? But then I remembered I do have a whopper! When I was putting together my best matches for WCW 91-94, there is one match I always felt was pretty overrated. I just watched it again tonight to make sure. I do think its great, but just does not move me and I dont think it is even a top 100 US match of all time never mind top 100 match of all time. That is
Wargames 1992. It feels like a collection of great one minute spurts rather than a great match. The finish is kinda lame. I wish Sting put him in a cross armbreaker or something.

Interesting choice on War Games as that's something that will probably make my list but will most likely finish near the tail end. It's definitely one of the best multi-man tags ever and there are tons of neat spots that further existing rivalries, which is basically something I always felt was one of the biggest reason for the match concept. But for some reason it just doesn't have the same level as excitement or chaos that something like ROH-CZW has where you feel completely immersed and never lost in the action. That to me is the best "War Games" match ever.

Terry Funk vs Ric Flair - GAB 1989
I don't know. It's a good match for sure but I don't see it as a top 100 contender. It's not one of the best brawls i've seen nor even one of the best traditional face vs heel matches. I have the feeling people like it because it's the first confrontation of this historical feud and because the Great American Bash was big back then. Hower, I'm really high on the November I Quit match. It's much more intense and violent IMO. I get more the feeling that is the most important match of both man's career. This match, on the other hand, has a real shot at making my top ten or even five.
